10. Consent & Registration Acknowledgments

Football combine activities involve running, cutting, jumping, contact or competitive drills, and other physical exertion. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize GR27 event personnel to obtain or arrange reasonable emergency evaluation, first aid, EMS transport, or urgent medical care.
