Built for tackle and flag football athletes from 8U through 12th grade, the program advances athletes through verified skills, football intelligence, leadership, academic preparation, and knowledge of the football industry.
Inspired by martial-arts advancement. Athletes must complete specific physical, educational, and character requirements before earning the next level.

Progress, Not Rankings
Development is the metric.
GR27 Player Cards are designed to document an athlete’s individual development journey. Verified results help families see progress from one assessment to the next while Mastery levels recognize advancement through the GR27 program.
GR27 does not publish youth prospect rankings, recruiting ratings, star ratings, or athlete leaderboards.
GR27 Program Levels
Level 1 to Level 5.
These are provisional GR27 program levels. Performance standards and advancement thresholds have not been published and will be defined with our coaching and assessment staff.
Level 1
Foundation
Introduction to GR27 standards, movement quality, and assessment familiarity.
Level 2
Development
Consistent technique, repeatable testing, and growing football understanding.
Level 3
Performance
Reliable execution under game-speed and assessment conditions.
Level 4
Advanced
Refined position work with sustained year-over-year improvement.
Level 5
Mastery
Demonstrated mastery of GR27 developmental standards across the program.
Physical Annual Card
A premium printed card issued once per program year, documenting that year's verified assessment work and Mastery level. A QR code may be added in a future release.
Digital Player Card
A digital version tied to a secure GR27 development profile, so families can see progress across seasons in one place.

Privacy & Child Safety
Built parent-first.
- No date of birth, home address, phone number, or parent contact information on any card.
- No medical information, school schedule, or private account identifiers.
- Athlete photo, display name, card publication, and any digital sharing require parent/guardian approval.
- Any future QR experience is secure and parent/guardian-controlled — it does not open a public youth profile.
GR27 Player Cards document completed GR Masters Academy and camp assessment work. They are not a ranking, recruiting evaluation, or guarantee of scholarships, roster placement, NIL income, or professional opportunity.
Athlete photos, display names, and card-sharing settings will require parent/guardian approval. Private athlete information will not be exposed through a public QR code.

Want to earn your GR27 Player Card?
Attend a qualifying GR27 camp, GR Masters Academy session, or assessment and begin building your GR27 development journey.
Eligibility for Player Cards will be defined by GR27. Not every current event may qualify until eligibility standards are published.
Assessments
Schedule an Evaluation.
Initial, preseason, mid-cycle, advancement, and position evaluations — plus football IQ, film-study, leadership, and academic-readiness reviews.
Participation requires medical clearance, media consent, and parental consent for minors. GR Masters Academy makes no guarantee of scholarships, college admission, playing time, recruiting offers, NIL income, or professional contracts.
